XP_MTL loved the eclectic and lively Sainte-Catherine Street, but a little je-ne-sais-quoi was missing. Until the day when… Eureka! What was missing was an urban oasis!
This is what led to XP_MTL devising Le sentier des jasettes: a space for relaxation in the heart of the city centre, inspired by wilderness hiking trails.
With its wave-shaped benches and wildflower beds, it transports visitors to another world for a few steps or over a well-deserved break.
As in all its installations, XP_MTL has added a game to the installation... Ni oui ni non! If you make a mistake, you suffer the consequences. Participate at your own risk!
The installation is 100% made in Quebec and harmonizes with the architecture of St. Jax Church. It creates a continuity with the church garden where, back in the day, people used to gather to chat and gossip. In addition to being the ideal place to share your juicy gossip, the installation will be a perfect spot from which to enjoy the shows on the garden’s stage all summer long!
