At lunch, happy hour or a team dinner, Eating Voices offers anyone who works downtown a unique dining experience at Le Central. Developed by Montréal art and design studio Daily tous les jours and by culinary artist Nicolas Fonseca in collaboration with Le Central furniture designer Guillaume Sasseville, Eating Voices combines a special auditory experience with the best of Montréal gastronomy.

Located in Le Central, a hub for local gastronomy icons and emerging restaurateurs, the project invites guests to awaken their senses by savouring a meal to the sound of audio stories developed by local artists. Drawing on their respective practices and approaches, writers, filmmakers, playwrights, visual artists, dancers and perfumers have developed audio stories that strike the imagination and create unique and deep connections between people.
